Overview

What is NAMI?

NAMI operates across three education brands: NAMI International School, NAMI College, and Naaya Aayam Multi-Disciplinary Institute. Each serves different audiences, academic levels, and programmes.

I was the UI/UX designer, redesigning all three websites.

Problem

Three distinct brands that still had to feel like one family.

The challenge was to redesign all three websites while creating a stronger relationship between them.

Each website needed its own identity, but the overall experience still had to feel like part of the same NAMI ecosystem.

The redesign focused on improving content hierarchy, navigation, programme discovery, visual consistency, and responsiveness across all three websites.

People A message from the academic head.

So the goal became one shared system, with room for each school to be itself.

Solution

One design system. Three unique education experiences.

I developed a shared website design direction that connected the three institutions through consistent layouts, typography, navigation patterns, components, and interaction behaviour.

At the same time, each website was designed around its own audience and academic offering. The experience focused on:

This created a flexible design system that could maintain consistency without making all three websites feel identical.

The page designs for all three websites, built from the same components.

Outcome

A more cohesive digital ecosystem for NAMI.

The final redesign created a clearer and more consistent digital experience across all three education brands.

The new direction brought the institutions together under a shared visual system while allowing each website to communicate its own programmes, audience, and identity.
